I can’t recommend this place highly enough. It was a slice of paradise - a tranquil, relaxing environment surrounded by incredible nature and wildlife. We stayed in one of the treehouses and enjoyed chilling with a book in the morning on the terrace, watching the birds and monkeys go by. The owners and everyone who works there are all such lovely people and really made the stay feel extra special. Would highly recommend the food too - everything we ate was delicious! Such a unique place and one of our favourite stays in Sri Lanka.

My girlfriend and I stayed there at two different occasions. At the beginning of our holidays, we stayed in the tree house, at the end of our holidays in the villa. This place is by far the best we've been to and we've been to 11 different hotels/airbnbs. This place here is magical. It's amazing what Manuela and Gayan created here. It's also by far the cleanest place we've been to. Spotless clean, good quality of wood for the houses as well as for the amenities, no mold, etc. The food is delicious and for someone like me who's not vegan/vegetarian, I must say I could eat their vegan food everyday. Thanks to this place, Tangalle became my girlfriend's and my favorite spot in whole Sri Lanka. If you have the possibility to stay here, do it! I would bet my salary that you won't regret it! What an amazing little paradise Manuela & Gayan have build. You will wake up to the sound from the peacocks and enjoy a delicious home cooked breakfast in the garden, with monkeys swinging pass you. The hosts are warm hearted and love to take care of their guests. A home worth visiting a second time!

Jaywa Lanka Natural Resort offers the best pasta on the entire south coast, standing out among all the restaurants in the region. What makes the experience even more special is the resort’s peaceful, picturesque surroundings. Nestled among tamarind, woodapple, kohomba, and mangrove trees, it provides a serene escape where nature and exceptional cuisine come together perfectly. A must-visit for anyone seeking relaxation and outstanding food!

Stayed at the treehouse over the weekend at Jaywa Lanka. It was superb. From arrival I was greeted with wonderful hospitality by Manu and Gayan and a pot of fresh cinnamon tea. The property was well maintained and intentional through its creation. It really is a result of heart and soul poured into its planning and execution. Gayan was an amazing cook, in both Italian and Sri Lankan cuisine. The experience was unmatched and exceeded my expectations tenfold, the room was also a delight, in the morning you wake to birds chirping and singing. Perfect place for relaxation and 10 min walk to the beach of Tangalle. Amazing amazing amazing!
