Embilipitiya, Sri Lanka
Although we visited Chandrika Waterfall during the dry season when the water wasn't spilling, we still found the place to be incredibly beautiful. The lush greenery and rock formations surrounding the waterfall created a stunning natural setting that we thoroughly enjoyed. One of the best things about visiting during the dry season is that the water levels are low, making it safe to bathe in the pools at the base of the waterfall. The water was cool and refreshing, providing a great way to cool off in the hot weather. While we didn't get to see the waterfall in all its glory, we were still able to appreciate its natural beauty and the peaceful atmosphere of the surrounding forest. The lack of crowds also made for a more relaxing experience. Overall, we highly recommend visiting Chandrika Waterfall, even during the dry season. It's a great place to escape the hustle and bustle of city life and connect with nature.

As of 9th December Beautiful place. Bit hard to find the road since there are many misleading location updates in Google. Use this location to go directly to this place. Not too busy when I visited. Parking is available for a few vehicles. Roads are good. Even a normal high car can get to this place without any issues or damage. This is a free place. there is no need to buy any tickets. Check for the correct season because it's very beautiful when there is spill. People can also bathe in here.
