Great Service and room. Highly recommend, brilliant location only 5mins from the main station for any transport to get you anywhere. Very close to lots of different restaurants and multiple convenient stores all walkable. Brilliant facilities in the basement, full kitchen and library. Movies played in the evening was a nice touch free for anyone to watch and bar facilities were great too. Room is a great size for Japan, very clean and has everything you need. Bed is very comfortable and shower was great too. Would highly recommend to anyone who needs a room in Kyoto.

Vey nice, clean and sweet hotel! They do even offer a short movies in their open cinema/libary. you have a clean kitchen for self cooking & also a bar. Room size is definetly ok for me, bigger than Tokio hotels, but barely big enough for light work out inlcudong push ups, as there is no gym around. We had two hand back sized suitcases and two large bags. With two big suitcases it would be very narrow. I have not tried the breakfest but it looked good for me! Location near by Kyoto station, where you can easily take a bus to go around. Definetly recommend to stay.

Nice low frills hotel, friendly staff who helped us with our luggage service, spoke English well which was very helpful. Room was decent sized, well stocked, but no water bottles in the room and the vending machine was sold out, but luckily there's corner stores nearby. Laundry machines worked well. Watch your head coming in if you're above 5'11", you can easily give yourself a concussion if you're not paying attention!

Out of all the hotels we have stayed in throughout our Japan visit this one was our favourite by far. The cleanliness, the environment, the room layouts were absolutely perfect. Beds were comfy & you can even grab an extra pillow with lots to choose from! The blackout curtains were a great cozy addition equalling a nice sleep in. Absolutely loved our stay here & we miss it already!
