Rooms are spacious and clean. The location is great, it’s only a few blocks away from Kyoto station! The staff is very friendly too, and speak English which is a plus

Basic hotel but the service and cleanliness of this hotel is beyond basic. The staff are extremely friendly and attentive. The hotel looks newly renovated and well-maintained. The room is good sized, private and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Very convenient as Kyoto station is about a 10-15mins walk away. It can be a little inconvenient to push your luggages to and from the train station, and walking back at night, esp if you are alone, can feel a little unnerving as the hotel is located on a quiet street.

The staff went above and beyond to help us. We were shocked by the lengths they went to ensure orur comfortability. I would have expected this kind of service from a 5 star hotel. Big shoutout to the staff working in nightshift 5th November. He helped with so many questions. Thanks again and highly recommended.

Good overall, however a few bits with the room. There is no mirror that we found in the room outside of the bathroom, there is also a window that we couldn’t see a way of blocking out light (no curtain). The hotel was also quite loud overnight, but probably expected due to the location. Not far at all from the station which is really handy. Good value for money.
