Nice hotel in a super convenient location, with a metro station and shopping street right next door. The room was not that big but very clean, with comfortable beds and everything we needed. Wi-Fi was good, and it was very cost-effective for the price. Minor issues: the bathroom had a low ceiling, making it hard to stand straight while showering, and a step up that was a bit annoying.

Nice and new hotel. The staffs are friendly. There are free drinks like water, coffee, soda and ice. All are good but if you wanna drink water at night you need come to the lobby and get it. Dont have the bottle of water in the room.

Convenient location. Clean interior. Spacious enough to open two luggage boxes at the same time.

Best hotel location we've been in Osaka. Near to shopping streets, convinience stores, restaurtants. Rooms are modern too and have air filters but does not have any microwave, you have to go a a certain floor to use one which is just fine. Free coffee, juice, ice etc. Staff is friendly.
