The hotel location is very good in the center of shinsaibashi. And in the walking distance to famous location to dotonburi. The hotel has a public batch facility to enjoy hot water after a busy day. They provide afternoon bread as complimentary to hotel guest. If we need to send our luggage to the next hotel we can easily send it from the hotel directly and don't need to find nearby yamato and bring our luggage.

The room size is quite small but comfy enough for 2-3 pax to stay. Location is very great. Walking distance to dotondori area. Shopping is all around there and bars too! I would definitely go back there again!

Going into my trip I knew rooms in Japan were going to be small, however this one was pretty big compared to Tokyo and Kyoto. It came equipped with a king size bed and plenty of space to put luggage. Enjoyed all the amenities, free pajamas, and toiletry kits they gave out for free. Super convenient! It’s literally right off the main road of all shopping and dontombori. I would book again just off of location!

Good hotel with great location. The only issue was the room. I know hotels in Japan is normally smaller but the room given to us is extra smaller compared to other hotels here in Japan we stayed at which made it difficult for us to open our luggages. Not a lot of space to put your stuff in the toilet as well. Also need to request for more pillows as the provided pillows weren't comfortable enough. Orherwise, we had a nice time staying in this hotel. Rooms are clean, staff are friendly, Breakfast buffet is good for its price as it is quite affordable.

I have no idea how this is a 3 star hotel in Japan. It is easily one of the best hotel's i have stayed in and it was one of the cheapest. There was a hot spa that was very nice, and there were always complimentary bread and drinks in the hotel. Room was clean and comfortable and hotel staff were very friendly.
