You might be a fan of Tokyo Disneyland and the cherry blossom season, but Shibuya Crossing ranks high as one of the most iconic attractions you can't miss in Tokyo. While we're still excited about the opening of the world's first IKEA convenience store at the upcoming shopping complex, WITH HARAJUKU in Takeshita Street, here's another news to entice you to return to Tokyo.

Known as IKEA Shibuya for now, this will be their second store in the city centre after debuting the world's first IKEA convenience store in Harajuku.

It will also serve as an extension to IKEA Harajuku where the Shibuya store will focus primarily on urban living and serving sustainable food in its cafe. At the time of writing, there are no updates on whether halal or Muslim-friendly food options will be made available here.
