Nice place to shop a big variety of merchandise from clothing food and furniture. We were assisted by Ms Iwate at the delivery department. She was very patient and helpful throughout the whole process. Later we also asked a young associate about shoehorn 靴べら he was very resourceful and trying hard to understand me. I love shopping here.

Many floors - the first floor has many food items and a free Water Refill Station (use your own bottle or buy one from them). Fun small packages of snacks for gifting or eating immediately. Wifi code is posted near the baked goods area/elevators (and microwave). The baked goods looked really good, but I ended up in this store twice when I didn't need any snacks. We rode the escalators to all the floors, most had fairly spacious aisles (to handle the large crowds). There was a pop-up vendor with intricate, laser etched wooden coasters on floor 3. Women's restrooms were quite clean and busy. Follow the arrows on the corresponding floors and it will guide you to the location. I purchased a pair of nail clippers and a bunch of candies in pouches. I considered the frozen mochi desserts and ice cream tubs briefly but was too full. Maybe next time. Mid-March 2025

MUJI is quite the store for basic yet fascinating household goods. They also sell clothing and food. Prices are ok. I do like their snacks! They have their version of the German cakes baumkuchen. Pro tip: refill your water bottles for free here. You can also purchase plastic water bottles and get free water. The water is available cold or hot! Tax-free available. Check which level has tax-free cashiers. Must present passport. Credit card/Apple Pay available. Bathroom available.

This place literally feels like a one stop shop. On the first floor, there were snacks, prepared foods, frozen foods, drinks etc. On upper floors there were luggage cases, clothing, household wares, stationary, skincare, makeup etc. It did really feel like they had everything you could possibly be looking for and the prices were not bad either (of course can't compare to Daiso prices). Next time, I'll definitely try to set aside 2-3 hours just to slowly shop around the whole place!

Another must-visit to the flagship store if you are a Muji fan. A lot of store specific merchandise like bagged food items that I haven’t seen at other locations. Plenty of your Muji staples like stationary and kitchenware. There is also a lovely cafe on the first floor! Store was a bit less crowded compared to others in Ginza when I visited.
