Very nice department store. My recommendation is to go downstairs to the grocery section. There is one floor for grocery store and another for take away ready foods. Very nice selection of Japanese as well as other Asian foods. Also some western foods.

I had great experience shopping here. There's a lot of famous brands here from cosmetics and skincares, household item, clothing, shoes, sands designer brands. For tourist you can claim your tax refund at level 3, tax refund will be made in cash though, so just be aware of that.

This location is a well-known meeting point for tourist buses traveling from Ginza to other parts of Japan. If you book an online tour package, it is most likely that this will be your designated meeting point. One important thing to note is that, despite the various tour booking platforms, the tours are often managed by the same agency. As a result, you may find yourself grouped with tourists from other tour packages.

If you’re looking for Japanese brands — especially those made in Japan — this shopping center is a must-visit. The selection is huge, and the quality of the clothing is absolutely fantastic. Plus, you can enjoy tax-free shopping right in the store. Highly recommended for fashion lovers!

Amazing 8th floor with gift items. Huge selection of artistic home accessories and tableware. Service was outstanding, tax free rebate was easy. Highly recommended as a stop for lovely things. I especially liked Nousaku tin - unique transformable mesh baskets.
