Small clean garden at Tokyo Midtown HIbiya 6F. There are two cafe-restaurant and both children welcome. You can also borrow baby stroller at 1F information counter. (usage only at this building)

Love this upper floor terrace. You get a panoramic view of Hibiya Park and the surrounding areas. Lots of seating that faces the glass railing. Plenty of vegetation but doesn't block the views. Employees spend time here having lunch or chatting, so access to seats can be limited.

Super nice view from six floor. Also you can go to 9floor which area mostly worker can use

This spot offers a panoramic view of Hibiya Park, Japan's first Western-style performance, and the greenery of the Imperial Palace. You can also enjoy the night view. There are cafes, restaurants, and a cinema complex on the lower floor, which I would recommend stopping by during a series of events.

The terrace garden is pretty nice. We came for the views but at night you can’t see much. They did a great job with the lighting though and setting the atmosphere.
