Shopping mall within the perimeters of Osaka Rail Station. More premium brands on display including local brands to feast your eyes upon. 7 floors of shopping til you drop as you browse through floor by floor of various fashion wear and accessories. Easy to navigate around as it isn't too big within each floor.

Really enjoyed the bottom floor of the LUCUA mall as a jewelry and perfume lover. They called this area Isetan Urban Market and had many boutiques of local brands or Japanese made brands. This place is great if you’re into niche interests such as this. I was able to buy high quality gold plated to gold fill jewelry and some very soft/gentle fragrances. $20-40/each. The 2nd to top floors had lots of premium cosmetics, clothing and other items however I felt they were a bit expensive like $100+ . Still very beautiful mall and worth walking around!

The food selection on the B2 floor has so many delicious things that I spent about 30 minutes and couldn’t decide what to buy for dinner. There is an area where you can buy the takeout and eat it there. They have a washbasins, a microwave and many tables to sit down. So while other restaurants around are closed at 9 PM, you can still order food here. They even give discount for some food around 8 PM.

There are many Japanese local brands here and the dining area is also very nice, the choices are numerous.
