Very friendly, didn't have to ask for tax free, they automatically told me about their service. As with all tax free places there is a minimum to buy.

Bright and decent sized Disney store - the don’t hold much Pooh selections, and certainly not Star Wars or Marvel unlike the one in Kyoto!
