Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur, 12, Jalan Pinang, Kuala Lumpur, 50450 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
It’s a very beautiful place where we had a reserved a table for a birthday celebration. The view was absolutely stunning. We had went in for a high tea and all the dishes were good but the best part is there 3rd course the desert part all the deserts were so visually stunning and taste was also so good. I wouldn’t recommend if you are a pure vegetarian since their 2nd course is completely of non veg. The hospitality and the way we were greeted is second to none. Thank you once again for hosting us and also for the cute birthday note.
Thank You THIRTY8 for an Unforgettable Night! Had an unforgettable birthday celebration at THIRTY8, Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur! The food was absolutely delicious, the view of the city and the Twin Towers was breathtaking, and the whole ambiance was perfect for a special evening. A big shoutout to the friendly and helpful staff, especially Haikal, who provided exceptional hospitality and made the night extra memorable. Thank you for making this celebration so special!
Fantastic all day long restaurant and bar. Serving breakfast with amazing choices from Western to Eastern and local food. From fresh juices, yogurt, nuts, cereals, fruits to American and continental breakfast add on local noodles, Indian food, soup and Desserts etc. The dinner is fantastic too. Try their 350g steak, juicy and charcoal taste. Should come and try their food and enjoy the wonderful atmosphere and services. Price is middle up of course.
We visited for afternoon tea on a weekend, and it was relatively busy. Despite the crowd, the staff provided impeccable and polite service, which we truly appreciated. The view was fantastic and we can see most of the major skyscrapers such as Petronas, KL and Merdeka 118 Towers. However, we found the dessert selection a bit disappointing—some items were overly sweet or simply not to our taste. We’ve had better afternoon tea experiences elsewhere, but thankfully, the excellent service made up for it.
That weekday, I visited this restaurant for afternoon tea, and I was quite impressed, it was really good. The food was thoughtfully prepared, and the flavors were layered and delicious. The savory part, in particular, were a delightful surprise. As for the sweet treats, I especially loved the ice cream cone served at the end, which perfectly concluded the afternoon tea experience. What’s more, the drinks included with the afternoon tea set were unlimited, you could order tea first and then switch to coffee, which was a big plus. Three of us ordered two sets of afternoon tea, but the staff didn’t force us to add extra drinks. Instead, they generously served us a third set of tea snacks (which wasn’t there initially, they started bringing out three sets started in the sweet treats for the three of us). It made us so happy, thank you! The only downside was that it was too hot there. The air cond couldn’t compete with the sunlight streaming in through the floor-to-ceiling windows. Maybe turning the air cond a bit colder would have made it perfect. Overall was satisfied! Highly recommended for their afternoon tea. Personally I would come back again:)
