i believe all the "bad reviews" are only from pissy and salty people who were unable to get a reservation. i managed to get a table for me and my family, and it was a great experience . The employees were incredibly helpful and friendly. also got to see the lion dance today! hopefully, there will be another round of promotion like this, so the unlucky ones get to try their luck for a reservation >

It was great experience eating at Lai Po Heen. The service was fast and staffs were friendly and helpful. Even the Chef Micheal Wong came to check on all tables to see if the dim sums were our liking and taste. Everyone taste buds are different- some said ok some said a little salty.? on the whole we really thankful that we are able to enjoyed a great lunch. Hope there be more promotions soon.

We booked a table in advance. The lunch was served pretty fast. Friendly staff and service is good. The food is good and delicious, but the price is slightly pricey. Serving portion is just nice for 4 paxs. We ordered mostly dim sum. We will be back to order other dishes especially the desserts.
