We had great experience. We went there for foot massage, body scrub and signature therapeutic massage.The therapists Zizi and Alis are very skillful and friendly. The heating beds and spacious sauna attached shower are epics. Highly recommend.

First time visiting Ozmosis & tried the Signature Healing Therapy, it was indeed the bestt spa experience. ?? When we entered the waiting room, it was so zen and I feel relaxed already. Best to book few days before or prior before your trip to save your slot. They have 2 locations, this location is at city center at Ascott KLCC (not Ascott Star because they are 2 Ascotts in the area). It’s very strategic because it’s across Petronas Tower & Suria KLCC Mall.

I visited KL from Ontario, Canada, and decided to treat myself to a massage. I found Ozmosis on Google while searching for massages nearby, and I’m so glad I did—I had such a great experience that I returned for a second session! From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless and relaxing. I was escorted to the spa and welcomed with a soothing ginger tea during a foot soak. The staff took the time to understand my needs, allowing me to choose the type of treatment I wanted and select my preferred scented oil. While there were organic oils available for an additional RM 148, I opted for the standard option, which was still excellent. Alis was my massage therapist, and I can’t recommend her enough! She was incredibly attentive, professional, and skilled. She listened carefully to my requests and worked on the areas I wanted to focus on with just the right balance of therapeutic and relaxing pressure. I also appreciated her expertise in draping, which made me feel comfortable throughout the session. I was open to neck, mid-back, and lower-back adjustments, and she incorporated them seamlessly into the treatment. By the time I returned to my hotel, I felt so relaxed that I fell asleep immediately after a warm shower. If you’re looking for an exceptional massage in KL, I highly recommend Alis. She is friendly, professional, and truly a master of her craft!

Great quality of service, super relaxing treatment! We took the couples massage which included steam room, scrub and 90 min massage! Ginem and Alis are the absolute best.

The spa is beautifully designed, creating the perfect atmosphere for relaxation. A special shoutout to Alice, who was an outstanding massage therapist. Her technique was exceptional, and she truly listened to my needs, ensuring a deeply relaxing and therapeutic experience. She has a great touch, perfect pressure, and an intuitive understanding of how to relieve tension. I left feeling completely rejuvenated!
