The healthy lunch salad was very filling and very tasty and I liked how I was served a lot of vegetables, either fresh, or pickled, or fried ... The owner is very friendly and helpful. It’s a new place with options for vegans and I’ll definitely go again and try the Cuban sandwich I saw. ☺️
I eat here fairly frequently, it’s one of the very few places around town that does falafel and hummus! The owner is really sweet and is always super helpful. The food is great with large portions, I usually go for one of the falafel pita variations, with the salad and soup! The salad is actually good and isn’t just a pile of shredded cabbage like you normally get in Japan, it’s tastes very fresh and often has some pickled veg. I highly recommend the soup too, the flavour changes often depending on the what she has/the season, and it’s made up fresh, not some packet miso like usual. Vegan options etc are also available which is great if that’s your bag. Great food, great service, definitely worth a bite for lunch! Addition: had a pulled pork pita today from the November menu, with a slice of orange in and man it’s the best one I’ve had so far, so good!
I stumbled on this when another restaurant had a waiting list and I was hungry. I got the falafel salad since im gluten free. It was delicious. The fried falafel and the fried eggplant and the fried pumpkin were my favorite. Filling and good. She also had packed sweets that said no sugar egg or flour but I didn’t try.
Little pita sandwich and salad place, very friendly and delicious. Vegan and vegetarian options. Got the falafel and yummy!!
The food was delicious ? I recommend the fried squid and lotus root chip even if you’re a person like me and doesn’t really like lotus root this will change you forever.
