The hotel is a fantastic choice, perfectly situated near major shopping districts and some of Osaka’s most scenic spots—all within walking distance. With plenty of dining options, exciting activities, and great souvenir shops less than a 15-minute walk away, the location is hard to beat. The rooms are spacious, the amenities are excellent, and the complimentary coffee and beverages at reception are a nice touch. The staff were decent, though not particularly standout. Overall, the combination of convenience, comfort, and accessibility made for a great stay.

Great hotel. Spacious rooms with a balcony with a very good price. Free coffee and soft drinks in the lobby. Nice and helpful staff. Only downturn was that it can be a bit noisy in the evening if your rooms is facing the street. Didn’t bother me, but my gf.

Staff was attentive and accommodated us earlier than check in time as we arrived. The rooms are clean and comfortable, however lack hangers to dry clothes that can be washed in the washing machines but can’t be dried. Washing machines are quite convenient, and front desk was able to exchange bills for coins to use. Location wise, it’s a good / safe neighborhood and it’s well connected, meaning you can reach most touristic places in ~30 mins. The closest metro station is not very close though, and closest exit closes early (9PM). It’s a bit hard to get here with luggage. Please note hotel doesn’t offer free breakfast, and it doesn’t have a spa or gym. I recommend the hotel for future travelers and I’d stay again if I don’t have heavy luggage with me.

Modern, spotless rooms with a comfortable bed and excellent bathroom. Staff were helpful and gave us early check-in twice. Laundry facilities were smooth to use. Location is quiet and safe, with decent access to public transport, though the nearest metro exit closes early and reaching it with luggage is a bit of a hassle. Still, a great stay overall.

Stayed here while visiting Osaka for the World Expo—location is perfect with a train station just steps away. There’s a 7-Eleven and 24/7 grocery store right across the street, and Shinsaibashi is about a 15-minute walk. The room was spacious, very clean, and modern. Staff were super helpful and even held our luggage for a few hours after checkout until our flight. Really appreciated the convenience and service—would definitely stay again!
