Nice cabana in the back garden of a very friendly family that are always willing to help you. Good traditional sri lankan breakfast included. The place is located a bit more remote, a few minutes walking from the closest beach but if you want to swim you’d have to walk +/- 15 minutes further. The village is quite small, easily to access by train and with only a few restaurants which gives you a better impression of life in Sri Lanka as compared to the much bigger touristic places along the coast.

This is an excellent place to stay if you're looking for a quiet getaway. The family that manages the place is extremely kind and accommodating. The breakfasts are great. It is a short distance from the beach, and not far from Galle. If you're looking for a pleasant stay away from the hustle and commotion of the tourist experience, I strongly recommend this place.

Nice little place. We loved their pets. The breakfast spread is good. They require 3 hours advance notice for lunch and dinner. It would be good if they can cook some basic stuff like bread or eggs on a short notice. Excellent food but too salty for us.

It was an amazing trip to Galle and i stayed in Lime cabanas and an awesome place. just one minute walk to the beach. one minute to the main road and to the railway as well. There are so many beautiful places to see and Host arranged us all the trips and very reasonable price. They were very kind as well. i love them and the place. we definitely recommend the place. They have a Facebook page and Instagram as well. if you want to contact them try them as well. best of luck

Excellent accommodation and great staff for whom nothing is a problem. He tries to help you in every situation. The location of the accommodation is good. If you are looking for accommodation in a quieter part, but with good access anywhere, choose Lime Cabanas. Lukáš
