I highly recommend this hotel because of its location, quality of service and rooms. We had a great view of the city. The train station is just right below giving access to the shops across. The staff is accommodating. Room size is quite similar to other hotels in Japan. We got the superior room for additional space for our luggages. There are also restaurants around the area that are great for gastronomic experience.

Even from before our trip, we have communicated with your hotel for several inquiries. Akane Yamamoto san was very helpful and clearly address our questions one by one. When we arrived, the check in process was also nice. We were explained some T&C. We sent back two luggages to our next hotel in Tokyo, the process was also smooth. We spent 4D4N in your hotel. The room quality was great and room service was also very responsive. Love the body & hair shampoo! Our check out process was also hassle-free. Your hotel location is very strategic: in the midst of Osaka main street, close enough to crowd center like Shinsaibashisuji, Don Quijote, and Dotonbori but silent enough for good night rest. Directly connected to Shinsaibashi Station, only 2-3 escalator down from hotel lobby. I recommend it for those who would like to visit Osaka.

The room is typically small, but very clean and comfy with all amenities. The service was straightforward. If you prefer to order breakfast to go, you need to ask at the time of booking or even a week before arrival, or otherwise they cannot accommodate the request. The location is excellent, close to many restaurants and Dotonbori shopping areas.

Location is superb. Although the hotel and rooms are dated, the aircon still works great and the fridge is cold. Hot water is instantaneous and the pressure is good too. Comes with rain shower and tub ? ?? housekeeping is efficient and there’s an ice dispensing machine on every level. Connected to the Nishimbashi subway and indoor shopping street at Parco. Ideal stay for tourists.
