I gotta be honest, i only went here to pray at their surau. The hotel is definitely grand as their name suggests. The staff was so friendly and I’m quite surprised that only this hotel in Orchard that provides a prayer room for Muslims! Not even one at the mall? I’m definitely staying here one day!!! The Indian female staff at the front desk was so accommodating and she could speak Malay. I was impressed ? Kudos!!!

Incredible hotel, stunning facilities & extraordinary dining. My best stay in Singapore & will be the only repeat hotel we go to moving forward. Exceptional team, service, rooms & staff.

One of the best Hyatts we stayed in. The rooms are newly fitted and feel so luxurious with all the walnut panelling. Beds are huge and comfortable and bathroom was very spacious. They had a complimentary zip tap and ice located just near the left so you refill water and ice for the room. The Regency Club was the best Hyatt club we’ve experienced with complimentary cocktails, drinks and chefs cooking fresh food. It’s also a great location and in the middle of shopping and dining.

Luxurious with awesome customer service from all employees without exception. Everyone goes out of their way to try to give you the best service with a friendly smile. The breakfast buffet in the morning is fantastic with so many choices (western, Indian, Asian, etc.) it makes your head spin.
