I admire this place in the heart of Singapore! Instead of building another bank or shopping mall, they built a sports complex with a snow slope for those who want to learn to stand on skis or snowboard. There is a pool with an artificial wave, for those who want to learn to surf. There's also a playground for rollerbladers and skateboarders. And where without a store with equipment and a great cafe. A great place for sports and recreation in the center.
Came here for a refresher since I haven’t skied in a while. The instructor was really friendly and helped me with my short turns. Found the experience good. The ski slopes doesn’t quite feel like skiing on snow, it’s pretty rough and you can’t “dig in”. But overall, helped me get back my muscle memory so nothing to complain about. The equipment has a bit of smell, so gotta shower soon after that.
We visited here, after finding it by accident. The staff were super friendly. Beginners lessons available. Shop. Cafe with food and drinks, and toilet. A brilliant find.
Very good vibe place for pro or wannabe skiers, snowboarders, surfers ?♂️ and skaters ? Food is delicious especially the sourdough pizza ? cosy sofas if you eat outdoor near the wave ? Price point might be a bit high for regular surfing practice but I guess the point of this place is to teach mostly beginners. Skating is free though ✌️
Beginners must go through a tutorial lesson session before riding anything. It’s about 70$ per pax. For about 45 mins, of which is a 15min safety briefing and introduction and 30 mins of riding. The first intro class has a metal bar for you to hold on while you ride. Water is warm
