?The location is superb! It's close to Ueno station with lift accessibility if you brought luggages / prams, the lifts will definitely be useful. It's also walking distance to Keisi Ueno Station (if you need to go to Narita Airport, the skyliner stops here). There's 7-11 and lawson just around the neighbourhood. Also close to Ameyoko Market with lots of street food, Ueno Park, etc. ?We stayed in a tatami room style, which was great for us, as we have more space when the bed were folded. It was clean and bed was surprisingly comfortable! (But don't expect for nice view from your window) ?The bathroom also was newly renovated, clean and modern!! ?‍♂️The staffs were amazing, they were really friendly and helpful!! We asked for help if we could borrow a screwdriver to put battery for my girl's toy. They looked for the matched screwdriver (which was not easy) and helped us get through all the process with such a happy smile. ?There's a microwave that customer can use near the foyer / reception area. Also coin operated laundry machine which may come in handy! ❤️Overall, really enjoyed our stay. Super-recommended! ?????

Conveniently located near the Ueno Eki. Reasonable price for this no frills hotel. Wonderful staff, friendly and helpful! Easy walk to restaurants, temples and shrines. Good WiFi.

Excellent location (easy 10 minute walk from Ueno Train Station). Super clean, comfortable bed, nice hot shower with great water pressure. It’s so peaceful here - your never know we are in the heart of a busy neighborhood. Yes the room is small ( that’s quite normal here) but we still fit our packs and skis in the space. Excellent value for a very reasonable price (at least half the cost of other hotels in the area)!

great for drinkers at Ameyoko, easy access to trains, clean stay Staff gave me 2 extra pillows. Smart TV in the room, could connect to my own netflix and youtube. Key storage by reception so no worries on lost keys. Sufficiently clean. Decent room space for single room, could open up my luggage fully and still have some space .Had umbrellas for free lending. Rare to see hotels that still offers daily sheet changes and cleaning. Close to 2 conbini and some food, short walk to Ameyoko drinking street. Slightly old building, signs of wear on the cupboard and some fixtures. Single room has shared bathroom as advertised, which is right outside the 2 single rooms. Some noise when other guest is using the toilet. Room was also right beside the cleaning storage. Difficult to sleep in when the cleaning staff comes to grab equipment in the morning
