Had the luxury of staying at a handful of RC locations and this one is definitely one of the best if not the best in terms of room quality and service. Nitpicking, I would say the view could be improved but the area is still newish I assume and some more hotels being built. Having access to its own kids play area (paid) that was indoors was awesome along with own pool and linked outdoor galaxy waterpark was great for the kids. Didn't wander around too much and just staying within the complex had enough food choices and entertainment. Casino is a few steps away for the parents if needed.

Great deluxe hotel, but the room is too "goldish" to me and old-style (lights, TV, etc). However the room is very big with jacuzzi, 2 showers, mini bar, service is perfect. Location is ideal inside the gallery with shopping mall, food court, restaurants and Casino

Dear readers, please understand that 10 out of 10 for Ritz-Carlton, Macau doesn't even start describing the level of this hotel! Hotel design, cleanliness, staff attitude, food, amenities are out-of-the-chart top notch. I heavy travel (business and personal) for the past 30 years, and this is the first time in my life when I saw how hotel staff provided an absolutely amazing service WITH LOVE ! (not because they had to...) I am totally ruined for my next vacation, as I have no idea which hotel can come even close to this one! MY ADVICE TO YOU - JUST DROP EVERYTHING AND GO THERE! Nice Ritz. The staff is wonderful and the rooms are nice. However, it doesn’t have the best view in Macao and isn’t the best located compare to the Londoner’s court. It’s at the end of the island hidden after the Venetian. It is a very nice hotel if you want to enjoy a chill and nice time in family but in my opinion, not to best to truly enjoy the dynamism of the city.
