R. Gov. Tamagnini Barbosa, Macao
Great rustic place for a walkabout. There is a public school, good restaurant, convenience stores, old cafes in this area. Great escape from the glitzy casinos and malls opposite. It seems like they are building an above ground subway. Try the Portuguese restaurants in this area or the pork chop bun etc.
Interesting and rustic place to visit as a tourist and it's near to the cotai strip with many casinos within walking distance. There are many local specialty shops and restaurants that you can visit. It's a interesting blend of old and new. The contrast is very stark and beautiful. I highly recommend you spend some time here if you are ever having a holiday in Macau.
A nice colonnade pavilion in traditional Portuguese color and it used to be the bank where boats dock in the Taipa area before the reclaimation for business development in the area.
Good place for freely walking travellers. Nice picture spots, cafés, local restaurants with various tastes, museums, and beautiful graffitis.
Nice little historic place for a walk.
