We had a lovely stay in the Venetian! Despite the rush, the employees were still very kind and let you feel comfortable. Since it was our honeymoon, they had a gift for us in our room! A delicious cake with a ‘happy honeymoon’ card on it. So attentive and nice! The room was also great! Big, nice view and clean. This hotel is definitely recommended!

One of the best 5star hotel i stayed in. All facilities top notch. Must book 2night stay at this hotel in your macau trip. You have to see it to believe it! A marvel of creativity and engineering, how many hotels and shopping centres have a river running through with gondolas! Amazing! Lots of designer shops and hotels near, if you haven't seen this area before it's a must see. Excellent swimming pools.

Amazing Hotel architecture & design. With a wide range of designer boutiques to visit & shop, as well as food stores. Also located at a good spot for you to move around to visit other hotels & Casinos within the area.

This April, we stayed here again to celebrate our son's birthday. Since we made the reservation through an online platform, I took the extra step to email the hotel directly for confirmation. The Guest Relations Officers responded promptly to confirm our booking. They proactively asked about our arrival time in Macau and arranged an early check-in for us. Upon learning that we were celebrating our son’s birthday, they kindly offered to send a birthday cake to our room and even provided three flavors for us to choose from. We exchanged several emails during the process, and we were truly grateful for their thoughtful language and warm hospitality. During our two-day stay, we noticed that the hotel was quite busy. Although it was occasionally crowded, the location was very convenient for shopping and dining. On both days, we used the moving walkway outside the hotel to reach Rua do Cunha. Overall, our family received five-star service during our stay at this hotel!

It offers a mixed experience, balancing luxury and bustle of a popular destination. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, providing comfort and good amenities. It is very nice located, however it is very crowded in the common areas, casino, shops, restaurants, etc. The atmosphere is vibrant but it might get overwhelming if you are looking for a quieter escape. The gym is ok nothing big, it has the necessary equipment. The Hotel offers an impressive number of shops, boutiques and restaurants for different tastes and preferences. We also paid for breakfast, which included a wide range of options, for vegans, vegetarians, or normal eaters. The airport is 12 minutes away which is very convenient if you are traveling by plane and they have taxis outside for whenever you need it.
