The hotel is exceptionally clean and well-maintained, offering a comfortable and pleasant stay. It’s conveniently located near the tourist area and public transportation, including the train station. The rooms are tidy, compact, and equipped with all the essentials I need. The staff is incredibly helpful and attentive, ready to assist with anything—from explaining luggage transfer procedures to fulfilling small requests like providing amenities, arranging rentals, or addressing any other needs.
The service here was the only highlight after an unpleasant international flight. We arrived after 1am due to carrier delays and the staff were amazing, understanding and responsive! The rooms were clean and there was a great selection of amenities. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
Wonderful hotel in a convenient part of the city of Osaka, within walkable distance from the busiest and most interesting neighbourhoods and comercial streets. The service is helpful and made the sending of our luggage to our next acommodarion very easy, and the breakfast buffet, although a bit more modest in variety than others, is amongst the best cooked meals I've eaten in Japanese hotels. It was also not crowded at any time of the breakfast service, with a quiet, relaxing atmosphere. Overall a great experience.
I had a great stay here! The staff were really helpful — they assisted me with sending my luggage to my next hotel and even called ahead to confirm my reservation for me. The room was clean with no strange smells, and although it’s relatively small (as expected in Japan), it wasn’t that small — I could still comfortably open two medium-sized suitcases. The room was also quiet, which made for a peaceful rest. The location is super convenient — within walking distance to iconic spots like Shinsaibashi Shopping Street and Dotonbori — but it’s in a quieter area, so you get the best of both worlds. Would definitely recommend!
