Comfortable stay near Kyoto Station. Room was a good size and cleaned regularly. Lawsons was directly next door and we made good use of that. Only negative was one day after our room had been cleaned and we returned to the room, we got a knock at the door and the person just let themselves in before we could even reply or answer it. Seemed like they only came in to check off that the cleaning had been done.

Stayed 4 nights here. Location is the best. 2 Minutes walk next to kyoto station, and many bus lines that will bring you to every tourist spot. Big giant mall right next to the hotel. 7/11, Lawson within a minute walk. In fact, plenty of tourist spots are within a 30-45 minute walk which I recommend. The room was very clean, no weird smell, and it had an in unit ac which means you are able to control the temperature to your linking. It’s very quiet at night so you can get plenty of sleep on their comfortable bed.

Stayed for 5 nights and had a great experience. The location is excellent, with a Lawson convenience store right next door. The room was spacious enough for the two of us. Each morning, a simple breakfast is provided, and the daily menu is displayed in the lift. I’ll definitely return for my next trip to Kyoto.

Very close to Kyoto station so easy access to travel around. Room kinda small but I travel alone so enough space for myself. Free amenities for shower/bath near the reception. I enjoyed my stay, affordable.

Efficient, clean rooms and cost effective relative to many Kyoto hotels. Close to Kyoto station for subway and shinkansen, but the subway isn't as useful in Kyoto as in other cities so that's less of a positive than you might think. Most of the good food/bars (both based on my experiences there and local recommendations) are about 30 minutes north walking, probably one of the reasons this place is on the cheaper side, but it's great value if you don't mind the distance.
