I was surprised with the room at this hotel. The room was big and even had a separate area for shower and bath. Great natural lights in the room and very clean. All self check-in and staff were helpful. The room was also very quiet, and much much better than I imagined. One thing they can improve is that there were no small spoon or cup in the room, as it would be easier for people like me to make my own breakfast there as I don’t like hotel breakfast.

Impressive place with very well furnished rooms. Furniture was high quality. Rooms are provided with AC, tv, wifi, massaging chairs and other furniture. They were very clean ?. Bathrooms have a medium sized bathtub ?. Staff were very professional and helpful. The hotel's lobby gave feelings of grandeur and luxury. It is fairly big. For hotel's guest there is free coffee ☕ tea ? and amenities available in the lobby. Breakfast menu was fairly vast and the food was good quality. I recommend this hotel.

I stayed at this hotel on July 2024 for 5 days and overall I enjoyed the experience and staying here. A) Rooms: compared to similar hotels in Kyoto or other Japan places, the rooms in this hotel are much larger which is a great plus considering that the price range is pretty similar (what a big deal having almost a doubled square meters room with the same price). Rooms are well-cleaned and maintained. Inside the room you can find slippers, pajamas and soaps (including shampoo and conditioner). Other room amenities (combs, facial cleanser, toothbrush, etc) are available at the ground floor near the reception and you can take those whenever needed. Inside the room was also available a massage chair - amazing to relax after a long walking day. B) Location: good. You can reach the vast majority of Kyoto attraction in 25/30 minutes by walk and in case you are lazy or cannot walk you can use public transportation having a train station literally outside the hotel. C) Breakfast: good. Western options are limited but still available. Food quality is ok. I particularly appreciated having local foods (including sweets). D) Service: good. I used luggage shipment with no major issues. The service can be paid only with cash so please make sure to have enough cash (it’s needed 5K yen to send two large luggages of 25kg each). I also used self-service washing machines and appreciated the convenience of wash detergent already included - you just need to put your clothes inside the washing machine, insert 100 yen and press start. Overall, considering the above points I do recommend this hotel. I would suggest to reserve much in advance via Booking to get the cheapest fare and increase the price-quality ratio.

Great hotel with helpful staff and service. Check-in was automated, with no muss or fuss. The room we booked was spacious, clean, and modern. Also really enjoyed the massage chair included in the room. Perfect location, with access to the train station, convenience stores, and much more within less than 5 minutes of walking. Excellent value overall. Will look forward to booking here again for future trips!
