Bery accomodating and one of a kind service. Being away from home is hard, and this hotel makes it easier to not miss home.. very comfortable bed.. nice restroom.. i enjoyed watching from a view of the race track. Once tou close the window you cannot hear anything from outside anymore.. my sleep was great! Thank you! Thank you for the timtams also!

We stayed at this hotel over the Easter weekend and were incredibly impressed by the outstanding customer service. Skye went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable, and her warm hospitality truly stood out. The hotel is in an excellent location, walking distance to the Breakfast Creek Hotel. One major downside however was the air conditioning. The systems throughout the 3 bedroom unit didn’t cool properly and one of the bedrooms didn’t have any aircon at all. Considering this is Queensland, functional air conditioning isn’t just a luxury—it’s a basic expectation, especially during warmer months. This did affect our comfort during the stay. All in all, the exceptional service and prime location were definite highlights, but the aircon issue is something that needs serious attention. We'd love to return in the future - we just want to be cool.

The man at the front desk, sir Yoosuf is very hospitable and oriented us very well about our stay in our hotel. . Hopefully we could stay more longer soon.

Very nice hotel. Quiet, clean and comfortable bed. Staff are always nice and approachable. Always good to come back here.
