Recommended by a friend as a good Asian food option in the Gasworks plaza. Ping Pong overlooks the Gasometer park, with the option of outside seating under a deep awning, or indoors and airconditioned. Friendly and efficient service, nice food that arrives promptly so good for a lunch stop. Various individual or shared menu options, specials board and wine list. We walked here, though off street parking is available from Skyring Terrace, or City BUZ bus stop around the corner.

Great atmosphere and very friendly service. Most dishes were very good. I personally didn’t like the fried rice, as the chicken in it tasted cheap and fatty.

Very unique atmosphere. Brisbane really needs more businesses. The food and portions were good. Staff helpful. Prices are a bit dear for what you get in cities like Sydney or Melbourne.

Enjoyed a night with friends here recently. Highlights included the incredibly attentive service and smiles from our lovely host Luna ? and nothing seemed too much trouble for her, as we waited for the rest of our group to arrive. The dishes were insanely tasty, my fav would have to be the tuna sashimi and green Thai chicken curry (asked for mild and it was just right!) with turmeric rice - regrets I didn’t take pics of all our food, it was too tasty to pause! Drinks were served promptly, and the service from all staff was great. There was a little muddle up with a pre-arranged surprise for one friend not quite going to plan for her birthday, and it felt a little rushed towards the end as we needed to make way for the next booking (understandable) but perhaps a gentle nudge would be good for future guests. All in all I was very happy with the service, food and atmosphere, and look forward to coming back for a more intimate sitting. I didn’t explore the raised mezzanine area but the glance I had looked super cosy and perfect for a chilled drink and eats.
