85 Wickham St, Fortitude Valley QLD 4006, Australia
My favourite park in Brisbane so far actually! I went on a Sunday so the traffic noise is wasn't too bad. Love the whole design and layout and the colourful flowers ?! A good place to relax in the middle of the valley and reminds me of my favourite park in Portland ?
Awesome green and clean park on the shore of Brisbane river. There are lizards, chipmunks and beautiful birds all around. It is great for walks or to refresh, relax and energize anytime in Brisbane. There are many benches to sit and huge open grass terraces to picnic, though the ants do bite and are quite annoying.
A great big park at the end of Fortitude Valley & the beginning of Spring Hill! Beautiful ? flowers ?line the park & some really great old trees grow there!
A park isolated between busy roads, it is nevertheless a pleasant oasis. It has historical significance and there are two interesting statues sheltering beneath the large trees. Worth at least one visit.
Took a quick wander through this park, which borders Fortitude Valley & Spring Hill. It it a leafy oasis which is located smack bang in the middle of busy roads. There were only a few people there at the time. You can read the statues, find a quiet spot to take in the sun or sit on a bench in the shade. There were a few bins here but no public toilets. You can't park here at all. You'll need to catch a bus or park in a neighbouring street and walk over.
