Loved the plush bedding, generous amenities, and peaceful views—great for winding down after a day in the city. Facilities are top-notch, especially the pool area and wellness center. There’s also a good range of dining options on-site, and the breakfast buffet offers a solid spread with both local and international choices. Located just outside the city center, it’s a peaceful escape that’s still convenient for business or leisure. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a polished and relaxing stay in KL.

The concerige team lead by Suraj stood out for us the minute we checked in for our stay till we left. Suraj is meticulous and excellence in his service. He went out of his way to remember our details among the many guests the hotel has and ensure our needs are taken care of. Absolutely loved our stay at M Resort Kuala Lumpur. The ambiance is modern yet warm, perfect for a relaxing family getaway. The Executive Suite was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, making us feel right at home. The highlight for us was the M Lounge—a calm, stylish space with great service and thoughtful details. It was the perfect spot to unwind while the kids enjoyed their treats. The restaurant, Fairway, is quiet good!✨ Every staff member we met was kind and helpful. Definitely a hidden gem in KL that deserves more attention. We’ll be back!

The M Resort & Hotel is generally novelty to me for its wedding banquet offerings. However, it surprised me with its beautiful wedding hall and venue. I understand that this hotel is operated by See Hoy Chan Group As for the 8-course dinner, it served tasty platters, generous portions of delicacies especially its seafood, and well-roasted chicken. The fried rice leaf rice and desserts were not bad too. Overall, exceptional food quality across the board. The parking was easy as they have a multi-level parking at RM9 flat per day
