One of the nicer hotels which were value for money and clean. Conveniently located near Dotonbori. The 7-11 below the hotel was a plus. Room size was decent and not crammed for its comfort twin. The room was also well equipped with all the necessary amenities with strong shower. Service was good. We were particularly impressed with their service staff, Lucie who went the extra mile with our luggage forwarding to Kyoto. Overall, we had a good stay and will definitely return again.

11th stay in Osaka, and by far my fav at the moment. Value + Location + Service + Room. Can not fault it. Quiet rooms, hot clean location. Taxi stand right next to it. Main road - 3 mins to Dotonbori river, 7-11 right below. Hot hot hot spot! ??? Good job Vista Namba

Conviently located. Everything is within 5 minutes' walking distance. Super clean. I'm not sure how old/new this hotel is. Our room looks like brand new to us. Stayed there for a week, enjoyed every moment of our stay. Impressed with their breakfast offered.

Extra star for location, really central, you can walk everywhere from the hotel. The room was kind of functional, with a sitting area but there is no bathtub, only very narrow corner shower room. No tea or coffee available in the room (but there was a kettle and 2 cups were provided). Housekeeping service on demand. Amenities can be requested at reception. Laundry machine on site. Breakfast was a particularly disappointing point. It is served in the lobby next to reception and selection was not great. If the price is right, I'd stay again but only for a shot stay.

Hotel vista was great and in a perfect location if it's your first time in osaka, booked a double room and was very comfortable after a long day exploring osaka. Staff and service were so helpful and polite, would definitely recommend.
