Our room was spacious enough for 2 adults and 3 luggages! The lobby area has a spacious communal area for you to eat your food, do your work or just hang around with friends. The staff were friendly and able to communicate in English well. Check in and check out was a breeze, our room was tidied up every day and there will always be new water bottles in our fridge ?? There’s a Lawson nearby and getting into Kyoto station for shinkansen / JR lines / subway was so convenient!

I stayed at Hotel The M’s Kyoto for the second time. The room was very nice and came with plenty of pillows. It was a decent size, the bed was comfortable and clean, and the bathroom was also spotless. They have an amenity bar in the lobby where you can grab items like razors, body wash towels, and nightwear. The hotel is conveniently located near Kyoto Station, with a Lawson and Family Mart nearby. The front desk staff were kind, very helpful, and provided excellent service. They also spoke excellent English.

I had a great stay at Hotel The M’s Kyoto! The location is unbeatable—just a short walk from the train station, which made getting around the city incredibly convenient. It’s perfect for first-time visitors to Kyoto who want easy access to transportation and nearby attractions. The staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout my stay, always ready to help with any questions or requests. The rooms were surprisingly spacious, especially by Japanese standards, offering plenty of room to relax after a day of exploring. One of my favorite parts of the hotel was the lounge area—it’s a great spot to unwind, catch up on some reading, or plan your next day’s itinerary. I’d definitely recommend Hotel The M’s Kyoto to anyone visiting the city, especially if it’s your first time. It’s comfortable, convenient, and has everything you need for a great stay in Kyoto.

Hotel The M's Kyoto truly impressed me. The room was sparkling clean, and housekeeping did an excellent job refreshing everything daily. The location is very convenient—just a short walk to Kyoto Station, with a bus stop nearby, making it easy to explore the city. There are also plenty of good restaurants around the hotel, so dining was never a problem. One feature I really appreciated was the washer and dryer system, which is secured with a password. It gave me peace of mind knowing my clothes wouldn’t be disturbed—such a thoughtful touch for guest safety and privacy. Overall, it was a fantastic stay. I’ll definitely be back on my next trip!
