My partner and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Okura in Macau, and I must say, it exceeded all our expectations. The staff, with their warmth and genuine hospitality, made our experience truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality and service from all staff were outstanding. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was not only comfortable but truly memorable. Every member of the team was lovely, always ready to assist with a smile. The amenities provided were top-notch, adding an extra layer of luxury to our stay. Mini bar was replenished everyday and also loved that it was free. The dedication of the housekeeping staff was evident in the immaculate attention to detail in our room. We were greeted with a fresh fruit platter at the end of each night, there were also turn down services provided every afternoon. It was the little touches that made a big difference. Hotel Okura in Macau is a gem where every aspect, from service to amenities, is carefully curated to provide an unforgettable experience. Spent the Macau portion of our honeymoon tour of Asia at the Hotel Okura. This was by far one of the best hotel experiences we've had. From the level of service, the quality of the executive suite, the friendliness of the staff and all the gifts they provided us to celebrate our marriage, everything was just fantastic.
