What's better than a robot? Dinosaur robots! Check-in with the dinosaurs was seamless, and they were very polite. The rooms were very clean and quiet, and the location is great! There's also a steamer closet: the steam helps to sanitize, refresh, and deodorize hard-to-wash fabrics. It's also great for removing wrinkles. I would love to come back.

You can't go wrong here! Very easy to check in and it was fun to have the dinosaurs talk to you. Service was great! Fresh towels everyday and if you need it, laundry machines on site for you to use. The best part about this hotel is its location. You are a short walk away from Dotonbori, the shopping mall area, and the Osaka Pokemon Center! Everything is so convenient! You will not regret staying here!

Excellent hotel! We arrived early and used their secure luggage storage, which lets you set your own password—no coins required. Check-in at the self-service kiosk was smooth and easy, with language options available. My card had already been charged, so we only needed to pay the city tax. The room was spacious compared to other accommodations we stayed at in Japan, and we appreciated the separate areas for the toilet, shower, and sink. I highly recommend this hotel for its convenience and comfort.

Accommodations were good for the price but checkin was a little confusing because it wouldn’t accept my passport. Also it seems like the stairwell fire alarm went off at night and stayed beeping for several hours. Very convenient location, great place to bar hop
