All staff are very nice and helpful. Very surprise there will be little gift for kids and adults in the room! There are free drink and biscuits all day at 6/F lobby. The place not really close to Galaxy, I walk there from Galaxy Diamond Plaza for about 10 minutes. But here is exactly located the Convenient Centre, very convenient if you need to join the show. The Light Rapid Transit just adjacent to the hotel.

Absolutely stunning property!!!! Incredible service, outstanding food. It was my partners birthday and I requested they just put a simple piece of cake or a balloon in the room, but they went above and beyond. The room was fully decorated, a piece of cake with my partners name, a huge fruit platter, a bottle of wine, and a hand written note. This was the most exceptional hotel experience of my life. I’m a globalist and I was able to check in early, and the suite upgrade award I used got us a corner suite on the 22nd floor. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this hotel. Alex and Stella and all the staff made it the most memorable birthday for my partner!!!

Lovely stay, felt like home. For those who doesn’t know Andaz is an Hindi word that means personal style, for me they have really achieve this concept. It has become my favorite hotel from Galaxy group. Design wise is a really modern and pretty hotel. I love the decoration and the space of the room. The bathroom is outstanding! The gym is top notch and the indoor swimming pool is extraordinary. The staff are truly kind, generous and helpful. Will definitely come back ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ❤️??

We had a great experience at the Andaz Macua. It was our first time staying there and it was amazing. The hotel was nice, the rooms were nice, the amenities were nice, but what really made it special was the staff. Everyone there was so friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The housekeeper Andy was fantastic. Johnny at the help desk was great. And Mark and Ryan not only helped with our luggage but gave gifts to our kids. I would highly recommend staying here for family's or anyone. Thank you to the entire staff. And of course the casino at Galaxy or Venetian is just across the street.

Very impressed by the Portugal-inspired decor and the level of service! I went during the peak season (labor day holiday) but the quality of service was so high that I didn’t feel any discomfort. Also special thanks to Usher and Samuel in Concierge Team who was so kind as to make a dinner reservation in the restaurant outside Galaxy. Their hospitality and kind attitude really made my day. The distance of this hotel might not be ideal for those who want to stay more in the center, but as a person who doesn’t like to get too crowded, I like that too.
