The absolute must for all vegans searching for a traditional Japanese restaurant! There is set menu every night consisting of 5 small dishes (including miso soup), organic brown rice, and pickled daiko raddish. The off center location becomes worth the hustle as the cosy atmosphere and nice chefs welcome to the place.

CASH ONLY! :) incredible restaurant. A little out of the way but I loved walking here and feeling like a local-came after team labs botanical garden. 1,300 yen for a five part set meal. Everything was fresh and delicious. The meal also came with a cold tea that was constantly refilled. The staff was kind and attentive. Would highly recommend this amazing restaurant! One of my favorite meals this Japan trip.

This is a very special place. I had a delicious meal there. The vibes in the restaurant are lovely. The people working there were also very kind to me. They give you hojicha with your meal. It is a fixed menu so you do not need to choose anything. I love that they focus on local vegetables. The rice also has a nice texture. It was the best meal I had in Osaka over 5 days and I hope to come back again if/when I return to Japan.

This is a type of restaurant that you don’t have to order because they only have one set menu, and it’s different each day (except for some days there are always the same menu apparently). I came twice a week because I just loved how their food makes me feel. So refreshed and filling, super healthy taste! Price wise is also pretty nice, for 1300 yen, you got rice, miso soup, and 4 bowls of different veggies and main dish. And don’t forget the tea here is free too! Restaurant is cozy and homey, interior is also very cute and warm. All the stuff is plant based with no added sugar at all, main dish usually fried (like croqutte) but didn’t feel heavy at all. Definitely would come back if I visit Osaka again!

Such an amazing meal!! Wonderful owners and delicious food!! It’s so nice to get such a hearty meal after struggling to find vegan food in the main city area!! Would recommend 1000000%
