What a lovely warm experience coming here for the first time was. Before we even received our first dish, extremely gracious and elegant host Siti came and shared her own meal of banana fritters with us! The meal that followed was phenomenal! The gorgeous texture of the Burbur Ayam was so comforting and warming, the flavours and drinks were all absolutely wonderful! The sand out dish to me though, was the Nasi Kohwin Koboi! Wow! I have never tasted such decadent delicious rice, and the whole time, our lovely host was patiently explaining the dishes and their history with her own personal family stories woven together. It was truly a beautiful and warm experience. Thank you so much and keep up the good work!!!

Visited many times - never a disappointment. ?? My favourite main dish is definitely Nasi kahwin! It’s super yummy, and not too “minyak”, so you won’t get jelak eating it. The ayam masak merah is made to perfection! ? previously, I tried their rendang daging and it was really good too - the meat was very tender. You should also try their comel cekodok pisang - super yummy! I frequently tapao more for home. ? I also love that all drinks are sugarless, but they still taste so good! I’m the type of a person who always goes for “kurang, kurang, kurang manis” options when it comes to my drinks. Here, no need to worry about it. Even though there is no added sugar, the drinks taste really good! Try their limau, asam and mint drink - yummmms! ?

Had a fabulous authentic Malay cuisine lunch yesterday at Siti Li in Damansara Heights. They are operating on a limited menu currently but the items available are yummilicious indeed. Went with a couple of good friends whose company elevated the delicious meal into an outstanding afternoon. Items my friends ordered we the Nasi Khawin and Laksa Johor. Both enjoyed their meals. I had the Soto Ayam and can safely say it’s the tastiest Soto Ayam I can recall ever having. The broth was rich and full over the essence of fine slow cooked stock. The nasi impit and chicken toppings as well as the pegedil were fresh, and reeked of the very best quality ingredients. Do note that authentic Malay cuisine made from scratch and with the very best of ingredients used, does not come cheap! Most dishes are in the RM30+ range. I must say though that I certainly feel they still provide good value for money with the superb end product. Kudos to the team at SitiLi @whiskydev
