Popped by for a quick lunch. Decor looks nice,  with outdoor seating. Food not quite up to scratch. The pho with beef slices and balls was just ok. The slices were too thin and stringy, stuck together. The broth was not hot enough to cook the raw beef. The spring rolls was alright, cruncy enough. Service was average.

Super Saigon is a halal Vietnamese restaurant that once held promise but has sharply declined.

The service remains courteous, and the modern decor is visually appealing, but the food execution is a profound disappointment.

The Medium Rare Sliced Beef & Well Done Brisket Pho is an insult to the dish’s heritage.

The broth lacks depth—completely flavorless, with no trace of the aromatic complexity that defines a proper pho, achieved through hours of simmering bones, star anise, and charred aromatics. It was barely lukewarm, a cardinal sin for a dish meant to be steaming hot. Accompaniments were meager: a single sprig of basil and a small lime wedge, insufficient to enhance the dish. The rice noodles were overcooked and mushy.

The tiger prawn and veggie fresh paper rolls were worse! The rice paper wrapper was tough and chewy. The shrimp inside was minuscule, barely discernible in flavor or texture.

This experience was wholly unacceptable. I won’t return, and I strongly advise against dining here if you value authentic Vietnamese cuisine.

Thin sliced beef is not separated, and ended up looking like a lump ... 3 lump of beef slice. Please train your kitchen staff properly.

Dear owner, been coming to your restaurant for more than 5 years now. And it’s no wonder your Hartamas branch business has been down hill these times. Your service crews are one of the worst bunch ever at the Hartamas branch, inattentive, most of the process is pretty much self service with qr order and assumes we cancel order even when prompted and reminded them about our order. The facial expression of them even show disgust when we were asking them about our order. With this level or service operating in Hartamas area, is truly no wonder your business is dropping from your peak. Never again will be coming back to your chains of restaurants.
