Location is convenient. Recommend the self-service desk with various languages. Burger is juicy~~ Fried chicken without any surprise, normal taste, a little salty. Coffee is normal.

Oh my goodness, I couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw this place on our way to the Pokémon centre! It was absolutely amazing! We had a smoke shack, and let me tell you, the burger was out of this world! The flavour was incredible! It was like a burst of juiciness in my mouth. Now, I must admit, the hot dog was a bit chilly, but that didn’t dampen our spirits. But guess what? The black sesame shake was absolutely incredible! It was the best shake flavour I’ve had in ages. It was like a magical treat that transported me to a different planet!

I had the Double ShackBurger, cheese fries, and a strawberry shake—and honestly, it was perfection. The burger was juicy and packed with flavor, the cheese fries were the ultimate comfort food, and the shake was rich, creamy, and just the right amount of sweet. Service was fast and very friendly, which made the experience even better. Everything was so good I genuinely teared up—this meal was a core memory. Absolutely recommend if you’re in Osaka!

The burger was simply excellent—juicy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The fries were crispy and delicious, just the way we like them. We had to wait a little for a table to become available, but it wasn’t a big deal. One downside was the restroom, which wasn’t very clean and felt a bit neglected. Despite that, the overall experience was good, and the quality of the food made it worthwhile. It’s a great place for a tasty, familiar meal when you're in the mood for a good burger and fries. We’d happily return for the food alone.
