Dined in tonight, service was a little on the slow side for off peak period but staff were friendly and helpful, ordered a tom kha kai soup, classic seafood style pad-thai and some spring rolls, meals came out in great time and the pad-thai was excellent, with great portion size too.

TLDR, great thai place for a local community/ neighborhood spot, will definitely be coming back again :)

Ordered a large Tom yum soup for take away. It came in a tiny container... Lovely service but the size of the serve was very disappointing . This photo is how big the serving was for $21!! Wish I could give a higher rating :(

We have been loyal customers of your restaurant for over 20 years actively promoting your restaurant and witnessing its growth and transitions. As a loyal customer, I am extremely disappointed by your lack of action regarding the renewal of the Halal certificate a matter I raised several months ago.

This certificate is of vital importance to your large Muslim customer base and failing to renew it while treating it as unimportant is both disrespectful and unacceptable. It is imperative that the Halal certificate is renewed and displayed prominently ensuring trust and compliance for all your Muslim Customer Database.

If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will personally dedicate my time and efforts to inform the Muslim community about this negligence and discourage them from dining at your restaurant.

Good food but these wait staff needs some serious customer service skills. We were 6 adults and some kids. Gave us one jug of water which we were sharing amongst ourselves. They took the order. We ordered Tom yam soup and some fish cakes for entree, fried rice and some stir fried veggies/beef to go along with the rice.

First after 40 mins we got the below in order-

1. Came out stir fried beef/veggies

2. After 15 mins we had our fried rice and by that time the stir fried got cold

3 after another 10 mins  they brought the soup

The soup bowl was missing serving spoon so we asked for it. Then they never gave us the soup bowl as if we were supposed to put the soup on our plate.

At the end we couldn’t have the soup as it became cold, then we couldn’t enjoy the mains (which tasted good) because there was no fried rice served, by the time the fried rice was served the mains were cold.

What’s the point of having the best Resturant without giving the customers opportunity to enjoy the food while they are nice and hot.

So we ate and enjoyed all the food but they were unorganised and cold. We were there on Friday the 12th from 7.20 pm. Oh the fish cakes never got served as we had enough by the time we finished the other food.

I’ve been there on 9th November 2024, we reached at 20:05 and ordered our food at 20:10.
At 20:40, one of the waitress came to our table to inform us that our order hasn’t processed onto their system. Maybe I would’ve understand if the restaurant was busy, but it WAS NOT, there was only our table (2 adults) and another family on another table that’s it.

Not after 30 minutes that the waitress tells me the order didn’t process, where were you all that time??? But we tried to remain calm and repeat all our orders again.

After another 10 minutes she comes again to our table to tell us that rice is not included with the dish that we ordered.

The owner/ chef/ manager doesn’t explain the dish to the front staff?? If she would’ve known well what’s on the menu card, then maybe I wouldn’t have wasted so much time there and spoiled my whole night.

The food was good, but definitely not the service and attitude from the front staffs.
