We were here in the second half of February. It was peaceful. Lots of monkeys, few people. Some people take pictures with monkeys that sit on their shoulders. We limited ourselves to feeding them only. Sangeh is worth visiting. You will get some nuts to feed the animals.

Enjoyable evening at the forest. Park keeper extremely helpful giving advice not to stare at the monkey’s eyes, even assisted to get monkey to climb on our back. Go in the morning is better as monkeys are hungry. During evening they are quite well fed already

We loved it! Super cute and behaved monkeys, a guy will guide you and even though they are a little bit too fast, we were happy and felt more safe with him! Entry is 75k per adult and you can buy printed pictures of yourself for 50k per pic.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An absolutely wonderful place! Sangeh Monkey Forest was one of the highlights of my trip. The monkeys here were incredibly friendly and gentle – totally different from other places in Bali where they can be aggressive or pushy. Here, you could even feed them, and they would come up to you calmly and curiously, sit on your shoulder or lap – truly an unforgettable experience! The forest itself is beautiful, full of tall trees and peaceful paths, perfect for walking and relaxing. The staff were very kind and made sure everything was safe and respectful. I highly recommend this place, especially for animal lovers and families with kids. I would come back in a heartbeat!????

Absolutely ? amazing ‼️ Definitely recommend because this experience was outstanding. The peace and serenity so beautiful. The way they were just living their best lives free to roam around wherever and whenever was awesome ??. When you pay at the gatehouse you receive a bag of food which consists of banana and greenage for the monkey's taste buds. You also get your own personal professional photographer to capture some of the most amazing photos and also to walk with you and help you out with the monkey's especially when there's so many jumping on you because you have a bag of food.
