Great view for family gathering

Nice place to go. It is wonderful, but in holiday it is crowded. You can go through the beach in the afternoon seeing the sunset and feel the wind from the sea. It is easy to go there by subway or the light rail. There are many restaurants around the area. You can enjoy the seafood here.

There are a lot of displays to read, but not much artifacts to see. The readings are easy and entertaining, you can get an idea of Kaohsiung Harbor history without boring you. The volunteers are friendly.

Visiting this historical building, inside was pretty much empty due to previous war time; left the outer layer but it’s been revamped and renovated to accommodate modern usage such as exhibition, kudos !
