Amazing experience. Definitely don't miss this place. Even though we visited the lookout on a weekend evening, there was enough space to see and take pictures of everything we wanted. The observatory is really big and you can always find a place to take a picture. I recommend visiting on a clear day in the late afternoon to get photos in daylight and also after sunset when the city lights up.

Abeno Harukas is a stunning skyscraper and the tallest building in Japan, located in the Abeno district of Osaka. It stands at a height of 300 meters (984 feet) and is a remarkable example of modern Japanese architecture and design. Why Visit Abeno Harukas? • It's a must-visit destination for sightseeing due to its observation deck, offering some of the best views of Osaka • It's a shopping haven with its massive department store and a perfect place to try high-quality Japanese and international cuisine. • The blend of art, architecture, and urban convenience makes it a cultural and commercial hub. Fun Fact: The name "Harukas" is derived from an old Japanese word meaning "to brighten, to clear up," reflecting the clear views and uplifting experience visitors can enjoy Whether you're a tourist exploring Osaka or a local looking for a great day out, Abeno Harukas offers something for everyone!

I had a hard time finding this Observatory as I just could not find the correct lift, and I wasted some time that could have been better spent admiring the scenery. When I looked down from the highest point, everything looked like a toy replica in a town model. I enjoyed looking at the wide blue sky and puffy white clouds and would love to stay here longer. if not for time constraints. I am sure the night view must be just as umpressive. Due to the full height window all around, it felt warm even though it was autumn/winter. The observation lounge on the same floor as the restaurant below was much better as it was cooler due to it being open air. I should have spent more time here instead of upstairs. Oh yes, even if you don't need to use its toilet, please go ahead and use it anyway as the view is impressive. After all, it's not every day that you get a toilet with a skyscraper view. Oh, the toilet is warm due to the full height window. There is a cafe that sells ice cream but I had no time to sit down and relax as my child spent way too much time upstairs. There is also a souvenir shop on the same floor and I do not find its goods awfully expensive like Ghibli Park. Its mascot is a friendly sky blue bear that looks somewhat like Carebear.

¥2000 for amazing views 300m high. Fairly quiet and lots of places to sit. Really enjoyed the ice cream while watching a snowstorm pass by!

Right in the middle of Osaka, hotel, next to JR station, many levels of shopping, all connected to pedestrian central crossing. Vast views from the 62th floor observatory and a bonus art museum. Lots to do without leaving the building.
