Chingay@Heartlands brings the magic of the parade to five locations across Singapore from February 25th to March 9th. Witness 22 mesmerizing floats, including 17 created by local communities, as they wind their way through the streets.

Prepare to be dazzled by stunning costumes and captivating performances. See the parade schedule below and get ready to experience the joy and cultural richness of Chingay in your own backyard!

2. Make A Splash At Splashtopia by Kiztopia

Make A Splash At Splashtopia by Kiztopia

Dive into a world of aquatic adventure this March! Kiztopia's biggest-ever water park, Splashtopia, is taking over Palawan Green, Sentosa, with 9 giant inflatables, thrilling rides, and delicious treats.

Ramadan falls on 12 March 2024 this year and that means the bazaars are back! With many popping up all around the island, you can expect both traditional and modern delights to be available during the holy month.

Drop by any of these bazaars after your terawih, or just visit to soak in the vibe.

4. Attend kid-friendly workshops at the National Gallery Singapore

The heat is definitely getting to us as we wave goodbye to the monsoon season.

Visit the Keppel Centre for Art Education in the National Gallery for a fun-filled day, with interactive exhibitions and colourful artwork to keep you and your kids entertained.

Register for the many workshops available to create art pieces while letting your imagination run wild. Psst.. you can even try out their 3D Doodling Pens Workshops.

5. Visit Gardens By The Bay to see Sakura blossoms

7. Join in the fun at Esplanade's March On Children's Festival

It's all about the children at this festival, where for the whole week, you and your kids will be able to enjoy theatrical productions, join in on intriguing workshops or dive into the colourful and magical world of Aki's playground.

8. Watch a play - Matilda The Musical

Roald Dahl has been a prominent namesake in a lot of our childhood! From Fantastic Mr. Fox to The Witches, one of his most adapted and prominent books, Matilda, can now be seen in a live musical!

Matilda tells the story of a neglected genius child whose overflowing intelligence causes her to have superpowers!

From being able to move a glass with her mind to writing on a chalkboard, Matilda's story hits all of the emotions, from tugging at your heartstrings to having a belly full of laughs.

The musical will last for 140 minutes (with a 20-minute intervention in between). Matilda: The Musical will be in Singapore from 9 to 31 March 2024.
