It's been a long while since we've had our dream vacation as we continue to trudge through the Covid-19 pandemic. We've been craving new sights, reading up on travel inspiration and getting wanderlust from doing so. But as we wait for better days, here's some good news to get your spirits up!

According to The Straits Times, Australia's Deputy Prime Minister Michael McCormack said this week that Singapore was at the top of the list for a potential travel bubble. The Australian government is currently looking at more opportunities to form bubbles with countries that have a low Covid-19 transmission rate and have started discussions with Singapore's transport ministry a few weeks ago.

Singaporeans who have been vaccinated can travel to Australia for leisure and work purposes without being quarantined, as reported by The Sydney Morning Herald. As Australia and New Zealand's quarantine-free travel kicked off on Monday (April 19), we can't help but feel hopeful for a new holiday plan with our loved ones, especially as it comes after news of Singapore's travel bubble with Hong Kong being postponed to end-May.

As we continue to await more news on air travel bubbles, let's keep our traveller spirit alive and be ready for a new anticipated adventure ?

If you're planning to visit Australia once the borders reopen and leisure travel is allowed, here are some articles to inspire you:
