Staff are good, you need your passport to use a credit card. 9th floor has an elevator with an attendant to help. It would be chaos without. The check out looks very long but moves quick. Enjoy!

Much smaller than I expected but packed to the brim with people. Had a wide selection but funnier, could let find the Pokemon I wanted. Quite pricey. It was the most expensive place I been to outside of using a hotel. The staff were amazing. Friendly. Smiling. Helpful. And they do speak English.
