Elfuego by Collin's is the first halal eatery by the Collin's Group (known for their chain of restaurants specialising in Western cuisine), and boy are you in for a treat! The Secret Garden by Zeekri is Singapore’s first halal French-inspired florist-brasserie that serves fine coffee, blooming floral teas, French cuisine and take-away delicate pastries.
