It's been around 2 months since Jewel Changi Airport opened its doors but we still can't get over how impressive it looks ?

But while everyone's hyping over the return of A&W, there's another eatery that we've set our eyes on. We're talking about El Fuego by Collin's - a halal fine dining restaurant which specialises in contemporary European cuisine! The restaurant just received its halal certification from MUIS a few days ago and we've heard so many great reviews about it.

For those of you who are familiar with Singapore's Collin's Group, you'd know that they serve quality Western cuisine and we couldn't be happier that they finally have a halal restaurant!

The one thing that you can't miss at El Fuego is their steaks. Their Charcoal Grilled Australian Angus Tomahawk Steak ($128) steals the limelight here - the chunk of beef steak is around 1.2kg and the 100 days grain-fed beef is perfectly marinated with herbs. Sounds like the best kind of dish to share with your fellow meat lover friends ? Their Charcoal Grilled Argentine Angus Ribeye ($28) is a stunner too - the meat is grilled to perfection, making it really juicy and tender.

#HHWT Tip: El Fuego is currently having a promotion where you'll get a 50% discount for their Tomahawk if you dine from 5pm to closing time (with a min. spending of $80). Do note that their Tomahawks are limited!

If ribeyes and Tomahawks don't suit your fancy, get their Charcoal Grilled Australian Wagyu Bavette Steak ($33) instead and indulge in this well-seasoned meat. The best part is that it's already pre-cut for you so it's all ready to be savoured ?

[P.S. Love Asian cuisine instead? Then you'd love this halal food court in Changi Airport Terminal 3 with Korean, Japanese and Chinese cuisine!]

Lobster lovers, you're in for a treat. El Fuego is serving Live Boston Lobster ($38) since the start of June. Have it either Thermidor-style (French style of creamy mixture of cooked lobster, egg yolks and mustard) or Charcoal Grilled. It's only for a limited time, so better get your hands on them quick!

Besides their mains, El Fuego's appetisers are innovative treats too. Try their Irish Oyster No. 3 ($18) - freshly shucked Irish Oyster is topped with diced avocado and cucumber granita. This refreshing treat is served on rocks too, making it a really authentic experience. Their Hokkaido Scallop Ceviche ($23) makes a great addition to your meal too ? And don't leave El Fuego without trying their creative mixes and mocktails like their Charred Pineapple Lime ($7) - a drink that'll surely delight your taste buds!

In case you're looking for a more affordable option, El Fuego also has 2 or 3-course set lunches from just $19.90 where you can still get a taste of their Angus ribeye steak, chicken/duck breast dishes and more. Not to mention that you can also have afternoon High Tea (from just $10!) here too - one of the only few halal places in Singapore with halal high tea ?

So, if you're looking for a special place to dine at this coming weekend or celebrating an occasion, El Fuego is the place to go. Let your loved ones know about this place and feast to your heart's content!
